School Judo Program -
In the training we focus on the ABC's; Agility, Balance and Coordination. Through this children can also develop better awareness, attentiveness and good etiquette. We strive to keep all activities fun and enjoyable, because in the end children learn best when they enjoy what they are doing.

Judo is ideal for active children that already have or want to develop a sense for competition. Throwing, falling and rolling as well as pinning techniques give the children the toolkit to be successful in a tournament environment. Participation in tournaments is optional but encouraged.
