Japan's Ambassador Visits QPJC
June1, 2023: On June 1, 2023, Ambassador Matsubara visited the Queen's Park Judo Club (QPJC) Dojo in Cascade Road, Port of Spain. During the visit, Ambassador Matsubara was able to witness the training sessions of the judo students and was impressed by their performance and attitude to the martial arts. He also discussed future possibilities of Judo in Trinidad and Tobago with Mr. Mark Littrean, Director and Head Instructor of the QPJC.
Ambassador Matsubara was accompanied on the visit by First Secretary, Mr. Takahiro Hara, Rear Admiral (Ret'd) Hayden Pritchard and Public Relations, Cultural Affairs and Programmes Coordinator, Mr. Aleron Rajalal.
